Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

No Return & No Refund

We do not accept returns or refunds for any reason.

Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged product, we can offer a full refund.

Please note:

• A complete opening video is mandatory.
• The video must be recorded continuously from the start of opening the parcel until the end, without any cuts, edits, or interruptions.
• Without a proper opening video, we will not be able to process a refund for damaged products.

Size Exchange

Exchange is available only for size-related issues.

We do not offer exchanges for any other reasons, such as change of mind, colour preference, or other personal preferences.

Exchange Procedure

If you have a size-related issue, kindly contact us through Instagram DM. We will guide you through the complete exchange procedure.

You have two options:

Option 1 – Pickup & Re-dispatch

• We can arrange a pickup of the product from your address.
• After receiving and checking the product, we will process the exchange.
• ₹150 will be charged for pickup and re-dispatch.

Option 2 – Self-Courier

• You can courier the product to our address on your own.
• Once we receive and check the product, we will process the exchange.
• ₹70 will be charged for re-dispatching the exchanged item.

Important: The exchange item will be dispatched only after we receive the product from your side and complete the necessary quality check.
